While they enjoy watching their cattle succeed, they’re even more passionate about helping their customers win through expert guidance on genetics, nutrition, and fitting. Their goal is to build lasting relationships with like-minded families who share their drive for excellence.

Both Josh & Marissa grew up in Indiana, competing successfully at the state and national levels. They each earned Animal Science degrees from Purdue University and were members of the livestock judging team in 2014 and 2017, respectively. Josh gained hands-on experience through his family’s operation, Streitmatter Show Cattle, before he and Marissa launched Josh Streitmatter Cattle, specializing in Chi, Maine, and Shorthorn-based genetics.

Now located in Boswell, IN, their operation continues to evolve, offering high-end show cattle, embryos, and semen through The Bloodline Blueprint and their annual September sale. They also stay involved in the industry by judging shows across the country.

In 2024, they welcomed their daughter, Isla, who has already become the heart of their family and operation.
